1. Conduct appraisals of your items using a fee based
   online subscription service available to Trading
   Assistants like us
2. Take high quality, digital photos of the items
3. Upload the auction to eBay in a custom
   template showcasing pictures and a detailed description
4. Field all questions from Bidders
5. Collect money from the auction winners
6. Package your sold items and make appropriate
   shipping arrangements
7. Make sure the Buyer is happy with their purchase
8. Create reports for you with details of the auction
9. Provide your payment via check
10. Return unsold items (if applicable)
